Bài hát chính thức của VCK Euro 2020 hay Euro 2021 đã chính thức được phát hành vào ngày 14/5 mang tên We Are The People. Bài hát được sáng tác bởi nhà sản xuất Martin Garrix qua sự thể hiện của Bono và The Edge hợp tác với DJ.
“We Are The People” dự kiến sẽ được phát lần đầu tại Euro 2020 trong buổi lễ khai mạc diễn ta tại Stadio Olimpico, Rome.

Thông qua một bài phỏng vấn trên trang web chính thức của UEFA.com, Garrix bày tỏ niềm tự hào khi có thể sáng tác một ca khúc cho sự kiện thể thao lớn như EURO 2020.

Bài hát We Are The People mang ý nghĩa hy vọng có thể phản ánh cảm giác tích cực, hy vọng và quyết tâm mà bất kỳ đội bóng nào cũng cần để thành công. Bên cạnh đó mang tinh thần đại đoàn kết, phù hợp với sự thống nhất của Euro 2020.
